WHAT DO WE DO
We walk passing through the land, foraging wild herb, flowers and aromatic plants. We prepare our meal in a cooking class learning how to set up traditional and innovative recipes.
HOW DO WE EAT
We end our gastronomic journey together, trying all prepared food in a "lab of taste" where we learn to combine food and drinks correctly. We also focus on different type of wines coming from closest vineyards.
